Default My Turn Signals do not work. Any ideas?

Out of nowhere, my turn signals quit working. They do not work outside the truck, and the indicators on the dash do not work either. I checked the fuse, but the fuse did not look blown. I changed it just to make sure, but still nothing. Any ideas what could be wrong? I do not want this to become a dealer repair. The truck is a 2002 LS Blazer.

Thanks

If the fuses are good then I would look to the flasher if they still have one...do your 4-way flashers work???? If they do then turn them on and listen for the clicking noise under the dash the turn signal flasher should be close by or right next to it....swap them out they are the same part then if the turn signals work that was your problem, then go to the parts store to get a new flasher...should be less than $20????

I will look into that stuff over the weekend. It has been too cold out here to really mess with it, but should be warmer this weekend.

Any other suggestions, keep em coming.

No, the hazzard lights do not work, and the fuses are not blown.

ok, i found the flasher. there is a green band around it that i removed, but the flasher will not unplug at all. It is somewhat lose in the connection, but will not come out. Is there a snap to remove or some trick to pulling it? I cant see any reason it shouldnt just pull out
