Default New amp, what speakers?

Just bought myself an old Alpine amp from a buddy of mine, and would like to start looking at speakers for the interior of my truck to go along with it. It isn't very powerful, but it should work well for what I want. (basically something that sounds good but won't rattle the mirrors off the truck)

Currently I have replaced the door speakers with these: Pioneer - 6-1/2" 2-Way Car Speakers with Composite IMPP Woofer Cones (Pair) - TS-G1644R

and want to replace the rest of the speakers. What should I be looking for? Do I want them all the same brand, or same RMS power, max power, color, etc? (color was a joke)

I also have some old Crossfire component speakers laying around here that I could use if they'd work well with the Pioneers I have in the doors? Or should I replace the Pioneers with these? I need suggestions that won't break the bank, haha. The Crossfire model number is CF252 if that helps.

The amp is an Alpine MRV-F250. Seems like it's a 40X4 RMS rating on it, but that's all I've found.

Wait a second... just realized my amp is a 4 channel and I have 6 speakers in the truck. Can I hook the front 2 speakers on either side (dash and door on the drivers side for example) together, or do they each need their own channel?

Leave your head unit connected to the dash speakers and run the components to the amp.

Why wouldn't I want all of the speakers to go through the amp?

You could, but the front channel would divide the the power to the dash speakers so the front stage would recieve maybe 20-30 watts rms.....

Sorry I wasn't clear, haha. I meant why wouldn't I want the each one on their own channel? Dash on one, doors on another, rears on another (possibly separate amp?)
