RF P1 cones are made with cheap plastic and crack easily. I would look into some MTX RT subs or higher if you want cheap and reliable.
You can say that again! I have Road Thunders and they have never failed to give me some bump! Even after I punched a hole in my cone with a little cargo accident, but the crack didn't even spread and I was able to super glue it back and it still bumps nicely.

if you hook the type r up to a good amp then they hit hard. they have very little distortion

ok i know some of you dont like p-series rockfords, but i have 2 p2 10s and they are amazing for tens. i have a pioneer 800 class D and they get too loud for it to be comfortable to listen to. i have them in a ported qlogic also a 1farad cap and they push the windows in and out and the rear view mirror falls.

ok like i posted in the other thread. most people out there look for loud subs, i was giving a point of referance for what they can do. and maybe its just me, but the mirror doesn't fall off...it turns down from the volume being up with the subs. has no one had a system that moves the crap out of anything in their vehichle?
