Those are beast amps. Jacob makes great products. Im thinking bout changing my amps as well. not sundown though. need bigger!! any Ideas! I have one in mind for sure!

 

I think I am gonna go with 2 of the new AQ HDC3 18's when they come out. Haven't even used the 4 12's that I intended to use, and already upgrading (I think).

whats the 1500d's like? any idea what the actual out put is at 1 ohm? I have a chance to get one barely used for $300

 

They are very strong amps! I loved mine, as for power ratings check this forum out. it's got 12 volt ratings for the 1500d straight from the man himself! also 300 is a great deal on that amp! http://www.soundsolutionsaudio.com/f...showtopic=7116

 

thats all good....but its only 1610rms at 1 ohm.........i guess that'll still give my R's about 800 each.........and it seems to be very efficient running on his 85amp alt.
