Default Premier?

Are thePioneer premiers really worht the extra dough? I was looking onto a set of 6x9's and they were a little pricy but the fuy had only good things to say about them.

Premier speakers, no. Hu's, for sure. I would go with a basic set of 6x9 2-ways.

OH!!! Ya ya, I have the 07 690UB, its quite nice. I was actually seeing if it would be good to hold to the premier name but obviously not. What would you reccomend then for the 6x9s or the 51/4s(are they that size?)? Just want a clear sound, will prally be getting a small 8" sub for any low end I may need (thinking kicker but who knows).

Okay, then tell me a perfect set-up save for the head unit. What sub/ speakers, everything. Now I'm not looking for major sound just something with a good crisp sound.
