Probably a stupid question

RE: Probably a stupid question
there are various kits for amps........depends what size wire you wanna run and what you have planned for the future. typically the thicker the wire, the better the flow. I wouldnt use anything smaller than 8 gauge for a 4 channel and 1/0 for a sub amp.
also you'll need an inline fuse for any amp. they're cheap
maybe 15-20 feet of rca
20 feet of power(use some for a ground)
and various connectors

RE: Probably a stupid question
Since kappas are 2 ohm, does this mean that my 4-channel amp will have to be running at 2ohms at each speaker? The stupid questions keep going and going and going and going!

RE: Probably a stupid question
Yes, the amp will be running at 2 ohms per speaker, that means your 4 channel needs to be 2 ohm stable...
