Removing cluster on 96 Blazer

Having one heck of a time getting my cluster out of my dash... I've been out there for well over an hour, and it won't freaking come out...

I have the same exact problem as this guy:

Replacing Engine Service Soon Light Blub Problem on 1996 GMC Jimmy - YouTube

And he says he fixed it my removing two 15mm bolts that lowers the steering wheel, but I need to remove the lower dash panels to do that right? And where are the bolts?

Basically looking for advice from anyone who has removed the clusters on a 95-97, I can't seem to do it. Not having all the right tools does not help either...

I have a '96 and had to take the dash apart to switch out my cluster. I wanted a tach and had a tachless so that's why I switched it out. I had the exact same problems that you had, but figured it out with some help from Thog. I had a thread back in the day on it. Let me resurrect that thread and post a link to it in here. One sec...

EDIT: Here ya go man.
