Default Soundsplinter RL-P 15...

Anyone know much about these subs? they say there conservativley rated at 500 watts rms..anyone think they'll take 1000 watts each daily?? And how are they for spl as it will be a daily/spl set up

They are mean subs, but dont take the power real well. You wont see any real jump in dB's, maybe lose some. Look into Ascendant Adio if you are lookin for something different. Then again, there is always Treo!!

well losing db's is not an option lol so i guess i'll look elsewhere

i was looking into treo but i can't find any local dealers.

BTW what is the going price for a Treo SSX 15?

well i'm going to go a cheaper route for now and get 2 kicker cvx 15's...does any of you thank they will handle a rockford power t30001bd? or will i be seeing the cones fly?? this will be for daily driving so they will see this much power on a daily basis.

Im not sure. Thats a decent amount of power for those CVX's. Ill look around and see what I can come up with

well got the t30001bd lined up. going to a show on the first. gonna say how good these P3's really areanyone wanna take a guess on how long they will last burpin @ 38hz with 1500 watts going to each (1000 watts over rated power) my guess is qualifying and my first bracket run then there toast

I wish I had the money to throw away like that although I'm getting a whopping 460 back from the government.

did you think of trying sealed? might lose a couple dbs but may save your subs.

your probably gonna lol at that last sentence.
