The Fi SSD's sound very good for the price, I have installed them for customers numerous times and never had a complaint...
Here is a thread with pictures of the box I built for my 15"...its about the same size you will need. Dimensions are listed in the OP...

when i sit mine in there properly it is right at the back seat line...You make it any shorter and youre going to have to come out even firther and loose more room. Plus, you have to have at least 15-16" anyway to accomodate the sub size..

The 12' kicker l7 is a good sub in my opinion,it really *snip* loud and you can find em for around $180 shipped new on the internet.I have one with a 2.5 cube box tuned around 34 and its louder than a friends 2 15 cvr's
*EDIT by swartlkk* - Watch the language. Doesn't matter what rediculous spelling you use, foul language is NOT tolerated PERIOD.

Two 12"s is going to take up the same amount of space, if not more. If you want to get loud, you're going to have to sacrifice some room man. If you want to keep it smaller you can always go sealed. Its definately not going to be as loud, but it will take up half the room and have a bit better sound quality as far as frequency response...Your seat highth from the cargo floor to the top of the seat back is only 14"?..I always thought it was close to the same as the 2doors...
