Are there any after market fillers to replace this and make it useful?

Audio/Video Electronics Wired up? If you have some sort of A/V modification let's hear about it here. Discussion of stock electrical problems should be done in the 'Lighting & Electrical' section.

Are there any after market fillers to replace this and make it useful?

I modeled and 3D printed a CB Radio bracket/filler for that spot. Don't know if that's you're cup of tea or not.

I think I have seen some aftermarket products to replace the cassette player.

Alternatively you could scour a boneyard for a center cosole that has the dish there instead of the tape deck. Then you would have a place to throw your loose change lol.

Default I had another idea

I am adding some light bars and things so I'm going to turn it into a spot for toggle switches!

Here's what I did. It is now a catch-all in the truck...try to clean it out a few times a year. lol

Sold my old one with the cassette to a guy from Missouri. He drove up to buy it.

I do like the idea of rocker switches there. I added one into the ashtray, that needs adjusting and reconnected.
