on the 95-97 really there is not.. you have to pop the front bezel off (which really doesn't take that long to do) then unscrew the AC control and the radio. Unless you have a aftermarket radio then you can use the keys that came with it and slide it out of its cage.

It's really not that bad, it's just a few screws and the front of the dash should pop off. It's a lot easier then thinking about cutting trim out.

hardest part is disconnecting the 4 wheel drive harness, at least for me, the wire is like 3" long.....but other than that very simple.

Take pics along the way as you take it apart. If you forget, you can refer back to them to make sure you're putting it back together right.

the 4x4 switch is easy to deal with i usually pop the whole thing out once i got the bezel loose, the turn it 90 degrees and push it through the hole it sits in then its out of the way. the BIGGEST thing you need to watch out far is the hazard switch.. when you are working the the bezel out of the gaige area... be careful ... its real easy to break the hazard switch off.

i think its easy to talk it apart that way i use to have to tear my whole dash off to get to the radio the clips are so easy instead of 35 screws and bolts
