the square kickers sound better than the circle ones but kicker is good in general.
nooooo......they are louder, they do not sound better. BIG difference. What are you smokin? lol
So what would you reccomend for a budget 10" sub? I'm after good sound.

well as said earlier, the mb quarts are nice. Personally I would get one of these. They are built for accurate and musical sound. I suppose I should have asked what amp you are using first? and what final impedence you need?

go with the Quarts or the kickers. Personally If i was after Sound Q I would go with quart over kicker...

I'd go MB also. I've never heard them personally, but they are well spoken for on many other audio forums let alone here.

Cerwin Vegas aren't bad, I wouldn't buy them for good sound quality though.

Yes, pioneer subs are soft. Probably why my dad has one.
