Default Trouble installing aftermarket deck into 88 S-10

So I picked up a JVC KD R520 deck the other day and Im having trouble finding a dash install kit to fit my '88 S-10Blazer . I was wondering what the difference was between the '88 and '89 dash and if possible, could an '89 dash kit would fit into my '88? Any feedback is much appreciated!

I have the deck all wired up already. The issue I'm having is finding the installation brackets so the deck doesn't slide all over the place while I'm driving. I currently have the deck wedged in place using a bible and small screwdriver. And from all the research that I've done, it looks like Metra doesn't make any brackets for the '88. Just the '89 and up.
