Default Tweeter Question

I have some Pioneer speakers and I don't think they would blow tweeters. I was planning on mounting them on the door pillars. Could I just hook them up to the speakers? If not where what would I hook them up to? They come with a crossover but I'm not sure how to install it. Any and all help is encouraged and appreciated

I believe a crossover hooks up before the speakers. You connect the speaker line into the crossover, then that splits into a set of wires for your woofers, and a set of wires for your tweeters.

If the tweeters dont come with a crossover ( not all do ) you can either hook them directly to your speaker or to your HU.

I only see one set of wires on those crossovers. It should have ins and outs. It says out on the crossover but I don't know how you connect wires to it. You'll have to tap into the speaker wire to run them.

if its a one wire then it hooks to the positive to the speaker. non directional, and you can hook to a speaker.
