which way should my sub face?
#1
My sub is currently facing upwards. I was the max loudness out of it and was wondering if the way its facing matters.

sub wont too much, but the port will. firing the port back is the best option in a blazer that Ive found

I have them facing back but that's because if they were facing forward you'd see the speaker wires.

I have done subs up/port back and subs up/port up and there was no difference at all on the meter. Both were very loud and windy

Ok let me ask you this, what kind of sub are you running, how much power, and what are your current box specs

15" kicker solo baric L7. 3000W power acoustik 1700rms at 1 ohm, 1300 at 2 ohm. 5.6 cubic foot box and 5.2 with the sub in it. 0 gauge wiring.

box seems on the big side for a single 15. Drop it down to 3.5-4 and you'll gain some output for music
