There should be a fair amount of empty space under where the jack sits... Well, mostly empty, lol, there's the tire brackets in there, still...

 

i think that i can grind down that bracket

 

the amp will get squished under the seat i looked fora weekfor places to hide mine.unless you neverfold the seats down or dont need acompletely flat surface when teh seats are folded down, in that situation i would suggest mounting them on tje back ofthe seats or even under the seats, i needed the seats down with a flat surface for my equiptment so i gave up. ones mounted on the side wall oposite to where the spare would go and the other is mounted directly on the sub cabinet. doenst look too bad.

bolt it under your truck, no one will look there

 

Spray the crap out of it with undercoating, too, to keep it protected, lol
