Will these fit the front & back doors?
I had a 2 door Blazer and I got the Infinity renfernce 6 1/2 - 6 3/4 to fit without any modifications, this was two years ago however. Will I be able to get these to fit the 2001 4dr? http://www.crutchfield.com/App/Produ...012I&tp=95
Crutchfield tried to tell me they would not fit the fronts and I told them that I knew they fit in the 99 when I had it! For 45 bucks and free shipping this was a no brainer.
One more question for you Hillbilly. I would like to put these in the dash http://www.crutchfield.com/App/Produ...CFP&tp=100
Crutchfield also said these would not fit, do you have any suggestions? They told me that they did not have any 4x6's that would fit the dash.

they will fit, i think on the drivers side you will have to do a lil bit of trimming on a corner in the opening, but they will fit. would be easier if tweeter was towards the center of the truck on both sides.
I looked at these on Crutchfield, but I decided to put the Polk db 651s on my wish list instead since the website said the Infinity speakers wouldn't fit. Since I may not be buying them for a while, which would be a better by at full price ? ($99 each)
In my personal opinion I like the Infinity coaxials better than the Polks. They seem to have more presence adn warmth...This is just my preference though. Best buy and Circuit City have both of these speakers on display and I would suggest taking a listen to them personally and deciding for youself...
So after looking at Cructhfield some more I find they have Infinitis 6022si and 6012i (the ones linked above) speakers. Will both fit in all four of my doors? And since the 6012i aren't shallow will they sound better or is 6022si a better speaker?
