The subs Im getting are dual 4 ohm subs. The amp Im getting runs full power at 1 ohm. Im getting 4 of these subs and the lowest you get them is to, 2 ohm. so I was wondering what if I only hooked up one voice coil if i could run them to 1ohm? Ive looked and they dont make this sub in dual 2 so i was just seeing if my idea would work.

 

you could try running it at 0.5 but risk ruining the amp... just keep it at 2 and be happy.. with 4 subs it will be quite loud anyway
