Thanks It's really mostly just a repair log with a few mods so far, but I like to document everything with photos

Mine works on and off. Normally as I'm driving and the vehicle is moving, the gauge actually reads. I don't rely too much on it though, I don't really trust it lol I've just been filling up around 200 miles on the trip (I know I could go longer...). It's when I stop and park that it freaks out, jumping from dead empty to full and everywhere in between... so I'm pretty sure it's not a wiring issue at least, just the contacts on the float are shot. I'm half tempted to just drop the tank and see if I can't clean the contacts and reassemble it to see if I could make it work again, but I'm scare of doing all the work and getting the tank down and then finding that the level sensor is broken and falling apart and then not having one on hand to replace it with lol

Yeah I thought about that, but yesterday when I was replacing that pressure sensor, I can tell the fuel pump has never been replaced, or at least the plug has never been converted over to the newer style. So I'm just going to do a whole new Delphi pump and all at the same time so I don't have to worry about it.

I do not but it's a pretty easy process. Takes longer to get the cluster out than it does to change the bulbs. The factory bulbs are actually soldered to the little holders that snap into the cluster. They just twist and pop out. I got some holders that pop in and just have a standard 194 or 168 bulb, popped some LEDs in them, and put them in the cluster. You can get the new bulb holders I think at any parts store. I pulled mine off a bad cluster from something else at work. There's 5 or 6 I can't remember how many exactly... There's enough slack in the harness for the cluster to pull it out and flip it up and access the bulbs, which comes in handy when installing the LEDs into the cluster. The LEDs will only work if installed in the correct orientation. With the cluster flipped up, turn the running lights on and start installing the LEDs. If the LED doesn't light when installed, remove the holder, rotate 180° and reinstall.

I gotta dig back in and change some of mine. The one on the bottom right is flickering every once in a while... Cheap China made crap...

throwing wheels and tires on it tomorrow

originally had some that I knew I was going to have to lift a little and probably use some spacers to fit, which I really don't feel like doing right now... but today I stumbled on some 235/70/16's and they're going one some Firebird wheels got two installed already, taking them all to the tire shop tomorrow to get the other two mounted and them all balanced, then I'll come home and throw them on the truck!

tire I WANTED to put on on the right... just too tall and wide... rub the frame pretty harsh at full lock... tire that I'll be running on the left. smaller than the others, but still an inch taller than stock

and this is how you cram 6 tires in the back of a 4 door WITH a dual 12" sub box back there too LOL

just got done putting a 2.2k ohm resister in place of the light sensor up in the passenger side speaker grill to turn off those aggravating auto lights... while I was at it, I unplugged the factory tweeters up in the dash on both sides, they've been not sounding so good when I crank the radio up and it's really been ruining the sound quality... got the 4 tweeters in the front and rear doors so I don't think I need those factory ones anyway lol
