Today my blazer impressed me once again , we had some big block company on the hill today , with even bigger tires and lift than me . But he could not make it through the mud pit , even with his new holes he made the blazer just walked right through it like it was nothing . I still haven't purchased the clocking ring , I just replaced the yoke on the transfer case and bought all new u joints again for now so at least I can play till I get it . But I did order some shorty headers finally I'm going to run them upside down and run the exhaust out the fenders for now , she should really come alive . Right now it has stock exhaust manifolds that are very restrictive there ports are even smaller than the heads .

Having the exhaust exit the fenders would make your blazer even more bada** than it is now.

My Blazer has been stuck on the hill every since our last mud session , The blazer did great but when I tried jumping the pond I broke both front and rear drive shafts . I already rebuilt the front a couple weeks ago but the rear was shreaded so I had to wait to get parts , shes all fixed now . But it was dark by the time I was done , so I didn't get any snow wheeling video yet .

And heres one of the beadlock runflats that I have for the blazer , I have the whole set , I'm not using them right now because they have zero backspacing .

Agreed I'm going to do a high steer set up if I keep these axles but man I really want the 2 1/2 tons so I don't want to spend to much on these like I did the Dana 30s . If these axles had disk brakes I probably would just go a head and do the high steer now , but it has drum brakes and that conversion costs 600 dollars and then I would still have to buy the high steer kit so with that money I could almost have my Rockwell's . But I think I'm getting me another mud truck its a 79 ford highboy with nice lift and 44s big block , trading my rocket for it , I don't ride it enough to justify owning it anyways . For a ford its a sweet truck , the engine needs to be freshened up but it runs , I hope I get it . By the way I have a nice set of Dana 30 and 35s for sale , but each need new Carrier and gears , axles , ball joints , and brakes are all good .

Mines still setup like yours, I tried to run crossover, but draglink still hit my leafs, even after adding a spacer.

I made my drag and tierod though, and running one ton tie rod ends. pretty sure i i have 3.5" drop pitman now.

"Y" Link Steering using GM 1 Ton TRE - RuffStuff Specialties

The guy with the blue blazer with my old ifs lift, is ripping it all down to put 2.5 tons under it. Hes just waiting for the lift to sell to get the money to finish the axles. Ill never go that far, less its all cage and no longer looks much like a blazer..lol.
