take your time on the paint. better to do it slow and do it right then speed through and end up with a crappy paint job. been there done that .
good luck, hopefully you'll get her done and ready for the summer

And out in the sunshine the truck came to life! WOW!! It looked GOOD!

So I put a couple parts on the truck to see what they looked like.

I cant believe it has color! It doesn't even feel like my truck anymore! Now comes the task of trying to remember where everything goes on it. Arrrggghhh. Anyone have a spare truck I can use to figure out how to put it back together?!! heh heh

i like the attention to detail you put into the paint. carrying the stripes right through the seal/windshild area-major points right there.

as for the assembley instructions, that's why i bag 'n tag everything i remove from a project. although i have misplaced the stash of bags on one occasion.

truck looks smokin', i'm sure it looks even better in person.

When the sun hits it... wow! That Admiral Blue is awesome!

I still need to get my Tyclone decals printed as well as have my red hash marks made out of vinyl as well. The black C5s will look great with the paint. As soon as I have it together I will get pictures of the truck parked beside a real Grand Sport.
The owner of this real GS wants to get some pictures of my ruck with his car when its done. He lives right around the corner from my shop as well. :burnout:
