75 bales, 40lbs each. That was part 1 of 2 loads. 150 bales will fill our "loft" and we fill it twice a year.

So today, I went ahead and tackled the main issue of the Blazer. I switched from this:

So my truck is no longer SCPI, but MFI. And good riddance to bad rubbish! Sorry for the low quality pics, my phone is about 4.3 million years old.

hi Bro
What brand of injector bought? And why is that? I have a 1995 Chevy Blazer 4.3L Vortec V6 and the injector is like the first picture, type "spider". We worked well? I have in mind to make the change but AC Delco or Delphi, but they are very expensive.
Greetings.

The spider injector system was crap. the lines were made of nylon and broke extremely easily. SCPI is an inefficient system, MPI is much better, kinda like individual coil pack spark systems vs. waste spark coil pack, where the waste spark system fires for 2 cylinders when only 1 needs the spark. My system had actually broken, so it needed replacement. Chevy quoted $1800 in parts for the injector assembly, each of those little hoses is worth $200 to them. Advance Auto quoted me $600 for the stock system, and I think $500 for the updated. I found a crapload of the MPI system on ebay for around $250. I did the math and checked it. All seemed to work out, the better system is cheaper...

Could you help me with the list of part numbers, so I investigated. I appreciate it.

Delphi FJ10565, part that I bought for mine. It will not fit the old spider intake manifolds as far as I know, but once they switched to the 2-piece intake, it fits all 4.3 models. Go on ebay, search your model year, my search was "96 blazer injector assembly". Had a ton of hits, and saw one just now for $188. Be aware! Watch some online videos of how to do it if you are DIY, it isnt a huge job but there are some parts which are quite fragile.
