True that... the t case in my truck is a 233 from a 94 blazer. Same encoder motor as the 2nd gen electric shift, and has a fixed output and the stronger 1.25" chain and gears. All i had to do was swap the jeep yoke on and i was ready to go.

I have talked to Will at Off Road Direct, they will make you a kit if you are interested and are willing to pay a little extra. That is for the leaf spring setup. I'm not sure about the coil spring setup.

internal axle shaft spline is 30 spline, outer hub spline is 19. if you are looking to get rid of the full time 4wd on the front axle, 1/2 ton Ford or GM locking hubs will fit it if i remember right.

oh, forgot that part... the NP233 is an electronic shift transfer case, and the NP231 is a manual shift transfer case. If all you can find is the other transfer case than what you have, the front output shaft does interchange.

I can't wait to see how this turns out for you , Good luck . It was the best thing I did all winter last year , I love the way my blazer looks and drives now . Tomorrow I have a friend coming up with his new blazer , its a 89 2 door SAS but not lifted , its built for hitting jumps / tuff truck . And if theres ever anything I can help with please ask .

Thanks for that atv... I might just have to hold you up to that lol. Its cool Zanders.
Since my rear axle didn't come with drums/half the springs, and a bent backplate i'm thinking i will be cheaper off to go with converting it to disc. Now i would like to know if i could rob all of this off a gm 10bolt and rig up a bracket for the calipers or will i need a conversion kit. Not much progress yet just been tinkering with the axles replacing the bad/prepping them for paint.
