i have a offer on a 1996 silverado that has been rolled the truck runs great but is completely totaled. the truck is a z71 with the 5.7. the guy told me that he would sell it to me for $350.so i have a few questions. from what i understand the motor will bolt in. Will i have to get a different oil pan? Can i take the wiring harness out of the z71 and mount it to the blazer? will the transmission from the z71 fit in the s10? and will i need anything else my truck is on its last leg im just hoping i can do this without spending a bunch.
any more infomation will greatly appreciated
