Thanks Don. I spent the morning finishing up all the small stuff to make everything right after the body lift installation. I was able to keep the running boards for now. I even raised and installed the stock front bumper, even though its getting replaced. I trailered it home where it will sit until I get the running gear pulled from the jimmy.

Nice! Are you going to be running the same size tires as the jimmy on it?

No I'm going to stay with 31s on this one for now. I'm hoping that way the front end stays together longer lol. I haven't really even checked the front end to see what shape its in to be honest.

At least you have a nice garage to work in.

That is the shop at work. I have full access to it and all the tools after hours and on the weekends. It makes it nice!

Yeah, I always feel sorry for people who have to work on their stuff outside (because I did it for years).

Even with the 2 inch body lift and a slight tbar crank the blazer looks small next to the jimmy.

Blazer was back in the shop again today. I got the engine, trans and transfer case put in today. Still need to hook everything up but the drive train is in! I will say it again, before I do anything to an S series truck I will install a body lift! It makes everything so much easier.

Nice progress! Shouldn't be long before she's on the road!

Thanks Don. It should go pretty quick now as long as I don't have any surprise projects pop up. I need to get this one finished so I can get going on the jimmy. I also have another side project now. I was given an 85 f150 so that is on the list now as well.
