Merry X-mas to you too!

It took me 7 years, it will be 8 @ the end of March 2013 to build the blazer. I figure I have 8 days to do the build thread. I lost some power steering fluid this morning with it been so thick. I hope it didn't blow out the seal on the box again.

Rear lockers are not cheap. I am really happy with my e-locker.

So, the big question is what do you want to do with your blazer?

-street
-off road
-track
-gravel
-larger tires

What size rear end does your blazer currently have?

-7.5
-8.6

I didn't go air because electric is easier for me because no compressor is needed. I didn't go auto locker because I want to control locked or unlocked. (on dry rocks and tight trails open diff is awesome)

When you answer these questions I will give you more input. Good luck!

Thanks Dustin!

2005 was the last year for blazers in Canada. They were blowing them out for $18000. Great price for a brand new 4x4.

I made up some swaybar disconnects.

I didn't use them much and because they sat so low they got destroyed twice.

Now this is where the story gets good.........

33x10.5x15 KM2's on Z28 rims painted black.

The blazer still had some rake because I only had a slight T-bar crank.

With the wheel turned just right I was still getting a bit of rub on the fender. I also built up the steering stops about 5/16", more is needed. The tires still rub the frame. The frame rub doesn't bother me much so it is not at the top of the list to add another 1/16"weld bead.

Parked beside a stock blazer.

The rake of 2" was bothering me along with the fender rubbing os this was my next purchase.

I also had a motor mount go twice so I fabbed one up out of the first broken one.

With a whole lot of help from Jared, I was able to install the RC lift.

I also repaired the weather stripping.

Flexed out the 33's a bit.
