I have black steel rims, with the black centre caps. Then I have a steel band, or I think it's steel anyways that goes on the ring of the rim almost like a hub cap but it really looks good. Something like the look you're going for. It looks great IMO. Really sets the truck off especially were I don't have any other chrome beside that. Too much chrome is exactly that, too much chrome. But IMO that little bit sets it off good.

I got some new things coming to my blazer, and I’m so excited. First, I ordered new rims off eBay. They are rims from a 98 Camaro, and I got them dirt cheap. Of course, shipping killed things, but I still got a decent price.

Next I ordered a epic spare tire cover for my spare, which I hope to add to my roof; in fact I picked up some ratchet straps today to do the job. The design is a pirate flag! Now I can rock around with a skull spare tire cover on top of my car, where no one can see it! <grin>

I’ll take pics once these parts arrive.

Did you mean those rims are from a 89 Camaro? Those definitely did not come off a 98. Regardless, should make the truck look awesome. Congrats man.

I guess so, I looked it up online and some site said like 92-98 or something. But I can't decide if I should paint them flat black, or two toned (chrome/black)...

Yeah those are Z28 wheels, that can be found on 82-92 Camaros. My RS has them too, they are sweet wheels

If you're going to ruin those incredible rims by painting them do what Will did with his old Blazer. His username is at a loss to me right now..anyone remember? He sold it last year to get a Subaru because of his family, needed the back seats.

The rims are in pretty bad shape, you can't tell from that photo.
