Default just some ?'s

I just joined the forum 10 min ago and was looking at ur build of the blue blazer, I freakin like it a lot!I have a 2004 blazer LS 4x4 4 door, and I've been getting really interested in a 2" body lift and torsion crank. I'm wondering how hard it was to do that, and if they changed the ride quality at all?

dont have the blue blazer anymore, but the ride quality was bad mainly because i never replaced the shocks and my tbars were cranked all the way. the body lift was ok, i never reloacted the rear bumper either. but just took me a day to finish it all.

Default susp lift

Alright well I see Rough Country has a 2.5in suspension lift, do you know if those are any good? I've read some reviews from a couple years ago about people complaining about them but I'd like to give it a shot if it's worth it. Also, where did you get your shackles, torsion keys, wheels and tires from?

Got my wheels from jegs but you can find them anywhere. Don't need torison keys as ifs limits your lift anyway; shackles, add a leaves from ebay, but can still get them most places. And I haven't used or read anything from the rc lift. Lol I'm out of the ifs game and into the never ending journey of solid axles! ;-) muahah lol anyways, got ford shock towers for my front shocks since we cut the trail gear ones up so much.

few updates been driving it around lately:

Need different springs in the front and a shorter shackle, i have 1/2t springs and need something like waggy springs or a bastard pack and the shorter shackle to push the angle back some so it droops more. that will also help the shocks move.
Also will need longer shocks in the near future.

my rear main seal is leaking. nbd
need my brakes power bled and a 3/4t master cylinder
need diff covers
and an alignment.
havent had time or money to go get a 231 transfer case or a driveshaft, so maybe in a few weeks in can manage that.

Thought I'd update with whats going on.
Have RC 8004 springs up front now with a leaf removed, leaf with the spring clamps
231c is in
Need to make my trans crossmember and front driveshaft and new shocks for the front again.
Going to cut the bump/lip off the front and rear fenders. And a few other things. But here is it all flexed out, could have gone a tad it further if the fenders were cut.

Also picked up a set of dual fans from an intrepid, 7blades each fan, an ad244 alternator, an a mass air sensor since i swapped them between blazers.
