Works perfectly this time. Looks good too, but what are you going to do about the big gap between the bumper and grill?

theres gona be pieces angled up until it is evan with the grill then im gonna put flat pieces on top of that for the top and the bottom. it really does get annoying cutting all this with an angle grinder

im gonna weld the back side and my dad wants me to use some angle iron to gusset it a little but i think its plenty strong now.

im using a lincoln 100 flux core welder and my dad got jealous of my welder and went and baught a tractor supply special the jobsmart 125 flux core so i been trying it out a little but i think im gonna stick to my handy dandy lincoln.
got a lot more done today just a little more to do like boxing stuff in. ill post pictures after while

lol i wish i had a welder like that but mine does fine for what i do with it. when i do the sas im gonna get a better one or borrow a better one. the ones i use in my auto collision class are really nice (miller 140) and we have a huge tig welder but ive never used it.
well heres what ive gotten done today, dont mind the booger welds my dad was trying out his new welder a bit hes new to welding so hes not to great yet ill just grind them and reweld them later.

and heres cleaning out the shop

now i wnat yall to tell me if you think i should cut it where the chalk is ive already cut it once but im thinking to cut it a little more. what would you do?
