Thanks Rex... I think I might need to add something to it, might later down the line. I am going to hook the lights up and start on the roof rack today. That is if I don't get a call to go to work lol.

What a awesome day thought I would start my roof rack.... I am very happy with it so far. Don't mind the red and yellow colors LOL had a bunch of it and its just the right size for this project.

Could not resist to put it on top and see about how it looked.

Going to try to get it done tomorrow crossing my fingers.

You could fab up new bars like I did. They have been well tested on tree limbs lol! No more ripping off like the factory rack did! Only cost me about $40 but you have to weld them.

Did you use the factory bolt holes to mount it or make new ones ?

Factory. But I ground out the punts and put bolts through to the inside of the cab.

I got most of it done and bolted it all up... Ended up drilling out the stock bolt holes and putting in new nuts and bolts OMG what a pain but at least its done. Sprayed it with bed liner coating like the way it looks on there all I have left is Just have to hook up the lights and mount the runners on it. Happy with how it turned out.... here are some pics.
