Door Alignment question
First time posting on the forum so ill try to get everything right.
I have a 2003 4dr 4wd chevy blazer
I replaced both the pins and the bushings on my driver side door and the alignment is perfect, but now the door closes too much. what i mean by this is the door is closing so much that i cannot open the rear driver side door when the driver door is closed. Also it is taking small chunks out of the striker pin.
Is there a way to adjust the striker left and right? I know that you can adjust the depth but when i loosened the screws it didn't look like it would allow me to adjust it so it catches the door sooner.
Also I let the problem of the sagging door go on for longer than i should have. Could i have permanent damaged the hinges and that is why it is closing to much?
anything else i can adjust?
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
