I HAVE RUSTED OUT REAER BOTTOM PANELS ON MY 97 2DR. I THINK IM GONNA BONDO IT, SAND, AND PAINT.
ANY OTHER SUGGESTIONS?

ALSO, I WANT TO PUT A 2 INCH BODY LIFT ON TO CRAM SOME 31S IN THERE I WOULD LIKE TO USE THESE RIMS...http://store.summitracing.com/partde...322+4294795005


IDK MY CAR IS BLACK AND I THINK IT WOULD LOOK SMOOTH
MY BUDDYS DAD TOLD ME TODAY THAT BIGGER TIRES WOULD MESS WITH MY TRANSMISSION, IS THIS TRUE? WHEN HE TOLD ME THIS MY HEART SUNK.

Look around you will find a truck or 2 on here with those rims already.
Personally I wouldn't do bondo it has a tendency to crack and fall out I'd spend the few extra bucks to get the rot cut out and new patch panel welded in check This Site for new patch panels. (I just replaced both front fenders and front doors on my 92 so I could eliminate the rot on my 94) you can see before and after pics of it Here if you want more detail.
Depending how big you go on tires you may or may not have to regear your differentials (front AND rear they both have to have same gear ratios if you intend to use 4wd at all) keep in mind unless you do some sort of lift 30" tires are the biggest your gonna fit and regearing is not required at that size.

you can fit 31's with no lift

After getting into mine and seeing how the guy before me did the bondo on mine I'd lean towards new metal as well. Just my .02.
