thanks man but no blazer in this thread lol i really dont remember how long the BL took me, i work 6days a week and had my other car to drive so i just worked on it here and there over a week or so but can easily be done in a weekend as long as you pre soak all the body mount bolts for a few weeks prior

So as I was sitting there watching the video I was thinking to myself man that looks dangerous with all that water coming through the grill straight at the intake. I was also thinking man they are lucky they aren't hydro locking their trucks and then along comes the silly little jeep and does just that!! I sure hope he stopped trying to turn it over and pulled his plugs to push the water out of there before he destroys that motor! Other than that it looks like it was a fun time!

well its been awhile and sadly truck still doesnt have a solid axle under it had 1 crazy year and no time to work on the truck and spare cash went to buying a car and parts to build this winter haha but got some other some stuff for the jimmy

first off these things have multiplied over here...

winter was coming and some things NEEDED to be done to the truck so i started with the leafspring/shackle bushings

i tried using a C-clamp to get the bushings out and the handle was clearly bending like a wet noodle so i cut it off and welded a nut to it so i could use my impact on it

found a broken shock tab in the rear that i still need to fix

2" BL and 2" shackles in for now

my lower quarter panels didnt really exist after i did some poking

bent up some new metal

first time doing anything like this with pretty much no welding experience so might not be the best but im happy with the results so far lol
