Hey guys, I just brought home my 3rd S10 (8th S10 I've ever owned).




It's a '95 S10 5 speed with a V6. I bought it for $250. It definitely needs work, but I feel like I'm up for the challenge.






The previous few owners were rednecks, and it really shows. There is a lot of work to do to make it look pretty again, which is no problem for me. But it needs floor pans, a starter, some electrical work, and who knows what else. That stuff is more new to me, so it'll be a learning process.












This will be a slow project due to me being broke and trying to support a family, but keep tabs!

 

Nice find.

I'd go for a rat-rod build. Make a pick-up which can be driven daily, no fancy but retain some of the ratty looks.

Fix the rust, bed-liner for the floor and such.
You'll be up to the task as your other builds have shown.

That's not bad for 250... I wouldve grabbed it up. I agree with the rat rod look. Makes it look good without much work at all...

 

I agree, I'm gonna go for a rat rod look with the paint and find a nice set of wheels to match. Eventually after it's running, lower it
