After hunting for a new set of tires I found a sale on black Friday for Goodyear wrangler rt/s 265/70/16 for 109 bucks tire!!

So even if they art the big wide tires I wanted they are going to help a lot this winter lol
I'll post pics when they get installed lol

for a spare tire carrier look at the vans with the barn doors they have a rear tire carrier that bolts to the rear doors and doesn't get in the way of opening the rear doors. the build looks good coming along

So haven't gotten much done lately but I did run into a strange issue.
my taillights need red bulbs because it just a clear smoked housing and not being able to find a "normal" bulb that's red and needing something to make it work so I got a red sharpie and colored the bulb lol that worked for like a week and I got stopped for my taillights not being red. Went on ebay and got some red led taillights but when I put them in they kept blowing fuses so ....I got Pissed and dipped my bulbs in a gallon of farmal red paint I had in the shop.

Why or what would cause those led bulbs to blow fuses? but my normal bulbs are fine and they wrent the super cheap ones eather (I know on ebay you tend to get what you payfor)

I did get a Lund visor for free and had some downtime at work and also found some gold paint that's a close match to my truck (brown , gold it's closer then you'd think)
