fixed it, Turns out one of the screws that holds on the distributor rotor was stripped and the other one worked it self lose. So the timing was way off, replaced the rotor and put a bigger screw in the stripped hole and it runs as good as ever.
Nice i had a feeling it was ignition related
Well I park in a parking garage now and soon a small garage. Sooooo I removed the 9inch hid spot lights and put the hid's in a new pilot made knock off hella ff75 lights.

they have an amazing spread and light up EVERYTHING in front of me!! they arent as long range as the old spots but the front bumper lights are so its all good.
