Have you thought about getting a tire rack for the tailgate?

Keep up the good work.
tire rack would help out with inside cargo space but i like it mounted inside. . think it looks smooth and clean with out it. .kinda stealth haha

ok i did come up on that sound system which consists of 2- 12" kicker
comps cvx which are rated @ 1500w max & 750w RMS , and a 2ch
1200watt Almani amp(searched web & costed about 300new) i guess
it much be kinda good ,the box is to say the least an issue,
the guy said it was for a chevy silverado, the thing is really long at
4ft 9inches . .i had to fold down my 4th seat and it even took all of that
space! i only plan on using 1 sub so i found the right size box i was looking
for new on ebay for $32.50 w/free shipping, which is nicer & cheaper then most
used boxes i saw on craigslist ,it is a sealed box(which i think
sound cleaner but not louder then ported/vented) it is 1.5cu ft of air space,
right in the sweet spot recommened for this sub i should recieve it before
the weekend i believe, ive been using just 1 sub so far cuz i dont have any
more speaker wire. .anywho it still bumps really good with 1. .so much the
my rear view mirror has been shaken off a few times already
and yes i know my wires are sloppy back there, only cuz i cant mount the amp
correctly with that box,it is ran clean in through the main cab though.

this is the box i ordered on ebay

thank you.

so yesterday i installed the sub into the new box,the bass
with the new box was soo much louder and deeper,i thought
something was wrong with the radio or amp for a few seconds
for just one 12 it sounds amazing and with the
new box it i still have plenty of space back there still.
And today i cleaned up the wires and mounted the amp on
the flap behind the rear seat.

It's amazing how good it looks without that grill in there... how long did it take to cut and smooth it out like that?

thanks and yes it does! it took awhile cuz that dremmel didnt have much torque, itll stop if u try to force the cutting wheel, had to take my time cutting with it,total time cut and sanding about 1.5 hours, you u have a good dremmel tool id say maybe an hour.
