Half doors will be done when spring is here. That and my welder broke. The one im using now is a bitch to use on small gauge steel.
Ive already had it out a few times. There will be lots of pics come spring.

Booo. We need more pics.
I plan to do one eventually, but I'll probably use -

I want a d44 from with turned hubs to use the 5x4.75 stock pattern. A 8.5 diff will be used in back with good parts. This would still be a comfortable DD if you wanted. More capable, but unless it's all torn up - not an extreme rock truck. Going off-road doesn't always mean putting everything on the line. I'm keeping it sane right now and plan to enjoy it for what it is.
Still thinking on what to do for strengthening the frame properly. Folks around here have reinforced the frame and the area around the steering box keeps getting fudged. Whatever I do this will be addressed first in the build.
An 8.5 diff can be built to handle well over 1,000hp so that isn't a limiting factor. 4.3 with a wynjammer would do nicely or a 5.3 swap with a mild cam....
Rear spring perches stink as well. That'll be addressed too. Probably before an SAS is ready to be stuck on there.
Winch is GOOD.
Keep us posted and we want pictures, video, stories of glory to inspire us.....
