Looky What I Helped My Brother Build...
It took us 2 whole days...I think I may be getting something similar as soon as possible.
Trimmed the rear fender and lifted the rear 2" with shackles
Then we built this:
After that we painted it with bed liner, added bump stops off a Jeep (weakest part of the truck =P) and license plate of course.
I'm quite sure it's virtually indestructible like the front one he built.

Thanks guys. My brother (the Z owner) did the welding and came up with the concept. Now that he has a welder he may seriously get into the bumper fabrication business on a severely part-time basis. He has about 5 guys on ZR2USA.com wanting ones like the front. If you are serious about wanting one I can give you his email and you can get on the waiting list.

It would be a great idea if shipping wasn't going to be $10,000 lol. I hope to find someone around here that can weld and make my own.
