Thanks guys! appreciate it, umm yeh few more things in mind... well way more lol, for now, i resently took out the cassette player in the lower center and put a panel with three duckbill switches. my plans are, to use one switch for fog lights i want to mount 2 on the brush guard, and another switch will be for ( 3 or 4, not sure what would look best ) flood lights to mount on the front of my roof basket. i think its perfect cause it already has a plate there to mount, just gotta figure out how to wire everything into the cab with to leaks or anything you know? lol and the third switch... idk yet two switchs would just look dumb lol

Hey so an update!!
my tire carrier was starting to rust again ( was rusty when i bought the blazer, i wire wheeled it and painted it flat black ) obvs i didnt do a good enough job the first time, so this time around i wire wheeled it again, sanded it really good, and painted over it with some rubber rocker guard. i was afraid at first of the out come, but after i did the front brush guard with the rocker guard i went for it, and im very pleased!! also, bought a U hook to put in the hitch so its not bare. and last, i bought two 5" floodlights to mount on the roof rack, ( gona buy two more later ). i will put up pics tomorrow when i can of everything, just wanted to update everyone

lol funny story 247monster. the brush guard i have is ment for a 95-97 blazer lol. bought it off kijiji and in the pics is was on a 95 LT blazer. the ad said, will fit 95 to 98 blazers/jimmys. I thought to myself 98's and up are a different front end though? :S so i wasnt 100% sure it'd fit my 98, but for 125$ instead of like 400$ for a brand new one, i'll rig it to work... but didnt need too much at all

anyways here some pics of the rocker guard painted tire carrier, hitch u hook, 5" floodlight, and the spray cans i used from canadian tire:

247monster, thanks man, yeah it made my day, i gave up my plans to go paintballing that day to go pick it up an hour away, cause i didnt know when i'd get a chance like that again lol. best part is, still able to keep my skid plate in place and keep my tow hooks, cause i heard some brush guards you lose your tow hooks

Hey guys, so here's a pretty good update, since i havent kept you guys up to date in a few months, but im sure you'll like what you see

- so! to fix the sag in the back, bought some add a leafs and fixed that right good! now she sits level

- ended up buying that 48" tailgate LED light bar for 40$ off ebay, it looks really good. hard wired/spliced it into the trailer wires, cause it was suspose to connect to the trailer harness. i didnt like that idea, and i want it too look factory and man, now when i back up i can see better now cause of the white LEDs in it lol

- also bought off ebay, the rubber cup holder thingy for the centre console, since i bought the truck without it. everytime i take a corner cups would tip lol

- Bought 4 more flood lights and all the wiring, and got it all installed. 4 on the roof rack and 2 on the brush guard. truck looks sooo good now . put a quick disconnect for the lights on the rack, so when i need to take the rack off it's easy, also did a quick disconnect for the brush guard too!!

- now for the sad part . the blazer got broken into about a month ago or so. mind you i live in a good neighbourhood. woke up at 5am to go to work, and i come outside to see my half my driver window on my seat, and the other half hangin on the door. and they took my ipod and aux cable!! bastards! lol. honestly i was pissed i could barely function at work, cause thats all i could think about. everybody who knows me, knows not to mess with my vehicles, they're my babies lol. im very protective of MY STUFF! i worked hard for it. sooo after i filed a report, i said eff the world! you can't trust anyone now a days, so i bought surveillance camera's (500$) for the front of the house, and a damn good security system (on sale 260$) for the truck. so if anyone touches the truck, ill know!

but yeh, that's what i have been up to with the truck the past few months. it still pisses me off that all because someone stole a 4 year old ipod worth probs 100$ now cause the screen was cracked. that to make myself feel safe, i go and spend almost a grand! 500$ for camera's, 260$ for the alarm, 85$ for a used window, 120$ to get it tinted to match the other windows, ugh!!

thank you for reading my update have a nice day... ill post pics once i finish downloading them from my camera
