I really like the basket, I think I may steal your idea.

Yeah I liked it but thought it was a smidge too big so I sold it and am going to make a new one and have it custom fitted to my roof rails.
I am buying a welder in a month so it will look more legit

Update to my build:
Well as you may have seen in the forum I blew a radiator but thought I would add it to my build thread as I upgraded my blazer after the **** storm lol
Driving from Salt Lake City to Menan Idaho, approx 350ish miles one way, about half way there radiator got hot and blew at a gas station. God bless roadside assistance that covers towing lol
Ended up finding a HUGE hole in my tire as well

Didnt let the car troubles ruin my vacation with my gf too much, pushed the repairs off until the last day. Swapped out the radiator in about an hour with my gf's dad.

Got everything buttoned up (I did not get the transcooler in all the way and had it dump all over the ground) and made my way back home to Utah.
Next day I took it into my mechanic just to make sure it was ok got the all clear
Got a lovely surprise from my gf when she asked to borrow my car and went and got me some new 31" Toyo Open Country MT's installed for me

Next project to work on is my 4x4, was testing out the new tires and within the first 10 minutes my 4x4 lights went completely out. Had no problems getting around through the dirt and got home just fine but not sure what happened. No weird noises or anything, just abruptly stopped.

Hey Bro, Sweet rig!! I'm new to all of this and was wondering what exactly is plasti-dip??? I haven't made it through all of your pics and thread yet, but those rims look pretty sweet like that. Like the dipped badges too. Think I'd like to do that. Where did you get it?

Plasit dip is wonderful. Its a vinyl/rubber coating that you spray on to almost any surface and then just peel off when your done with it. You can get it at home depot, lowes, and walmart.

Can you share your GF?

Just watched some vids on the Plasti dip. That stuff is pretty sweet. How durable is it though? Does it eventually start to wear off or does it only come off if you peel it off?

If you lay it down on a dirty or damp/wet surface it wont bond well and will peel off or if its on something that constantly is getting rubbed against then it will. I have had it on the rims of all my cars and never had any issues.
When you put it on make sure its on nice and thick and you will be ok
