My Journey Into Madness

My Journey Into Madness
Ok this is my build thread for my 2004 Chevy blazer. I will be updating constantly. Ive had this truck for about a month and have already lost my mind with it and it is only getting worse. Since there is no mountains what so ever in FL and i hate mud i decided to build it into a sport truck.I have worked in the performance auto industry for a little under 9 years so i know a little about what im doing.
Future Mods:
I tried to link all the parts i ordered
Lowering Kit (on order)
AEM Brute Force Intake (on order)
HP Tuner VCM Tuner
QA1 Single Adjustable Drag shocks
Purge Silinoid
NX Remote bottle opener
Pro Comp 18" wheels
Yukon 4.11 gears
8k HIDs
Projectors (getting these but not installing the turn signals) On order
Current Mods:
75shot NX wet Kit
Thrush muffler dumped before the axle
Smoked Tail lights and turn Signals
Repainted Grill and Headlight bezels
The Nitrous install:
Ok so i was thinking about going with a turbo build since i have put a turbo on everything short of a lawnmower. But i got to thinking and decided that i wanna do a LS swap later on down the line so i decided to go the nitrous route since i can use it on just about anything afterwards.
So i decided to go with a 75 Shot Wet NX kit with a MSD window switch and a wide open throttle switch. So far the kit is all but installed all im waiting on now is my new aem intake and im still trying to find a used purge noid.
this is the window switch b4 it was installed in the glove box (no pics of that sorry)
Wide open throttle switch
Both Noids mounted to the fire wall
The engine bay after everything is ran (the yellow wire is now in the split loom)
Power distrabution box that is activated by the arming switch (the window switch is now hooked up to this also) The automatic bottle opener (when it gets here) and purge will be powered from here also.
Arming switch
I have ran several nitrous systems before and this is still by far the most interesting. After i get my intake it will all be hooked up but im still not spraying until i get my lowering kit on and get the ECU tuned. I plan on running the window switch at 3200 on and 5500 off.
Exterior mods:
Painted Grill and light bezels
Smoked turn signals and brake lights

The link to your lowering kit has an extra bit of http...
Other then that, looks sweet! I like the street builds better then the offroad builds.
Also.. It's probably obvious, but what method did you use to paint the turning signals?

Wow, your turnsignals, bowtie, and tailights are just like mine. And I thought I was original..

Im gonna get a dyno tune flashed to the ecu once the intake comes in so i should be able to get some number up soon. Dont plan on hitting the track till i get it lowered though.
Oh and its easy to paint the turn signals just mix 10%black with 90% clear in a spray gun and go to town just clean the lights off no need to sand.
Thanks for all the compliments
Oh and almost forgot UPDATES:
went out and bondoed and painted the bumper today.
And the exaust:
