Can anyone tell me the best lift to put on my 2003 Chevy Blazer?

There is no "best" lift.... Tell us what you want to achieve...

Play in the mudd? Maybe just a body lift and some larger tires...

Crawl over smaller rocks? Superlift 6 in lift....

Crawl over huge rocks? SAS... (solid axle swap)

Yeah, you can put as big as a lift as they make on your Blazer, question is what look you are trying to achieve or what you are wanting it to do.

but i would say if you want to crawl big rocks to get a k5

Im not gonna do much crawlin it would just be muddin but probably more beach than anything. im interested in nothing more that a 3 inch.

Well if you only want 3 inches of lift.... I would suggest

2" body lift....

Front,
Small tbar crank

Rear,
1-2" shackles....

That will put you approximately where you want to be, just do not over crank the tbars... or you will be buying some extra parts
