Project: 95 Blazin' Jimmy
I am at the beginning of building a 95 Jimmy with a 98 Blazer interior. I have the interior almost all done except for the dash. The drivetrain is completely out and i've installed a 3" bodylift. Now, here's my conundrum:
Drivetrain options:
350 010 block 40 over, cammed (375+HP on stock bore), and on propane
OR
stock (for now) 5.3L
with a monster-in-a-box 700R4 and a NP205 t-case
Running gear/Suspension options:
stock gears and suspension gets good mileage and rides ok (have 2 of EVERYTHING!)
OR
1982 Toyota axles (with plans on getting a 9" later) with double triangulated front and rear with coilovers.
I've been debating this for the past little while and have been unsure at best on what to do. This will be my daily driver with offroad use, need help on deciding...
