Default Restoring my 96

So I'm starting my thread for restoring my 96 blazer 4dr 4.3 of course and so far I've done the complete tune up plugs wires oil, fixed the front sway bar. an got my back window and latch working, well sorta the key doesn't work but I can get it open with some engineering. Got my system hooked up. remember IM POOR guys I'm in between jobs so got one 10in n a 12in kicker n the 10s just a dual I got a 200w 2 channel bridged pushing them both but I need a bigger amp for sure it cant handle it. the door speakers are working now. I need better ones for sure tho.
I really wanna start figuring out what I can do to get more power out of the 4.3. So lmk if u kno . When I can think of what all else I'll post it I just woke up.
I also fixed the 4x4 new actuator and cable. Plus a couple vacuums an boom instant mudding!!

Itll look real good when your done! I started off stock myself, daily driver, and know all about the broke part lol. Just been picking up parts second hand anywhere I can find a deal, biggest purchase was my 2.5 rough country lift kit. Looks like you want the 6" lift. If you can do it yourself, you will save A LOT of money.

Good luck, I'll be keeping an eye out on this.

Not much with these engines to what I keep hearing sadly. I'm thinking a PROPER cai, maybe a port and polish? Some people say a throttle body spacer have given results, as others say not so much. Upgrade the exhaust?

but at that point, you'll get more doing an LS swap, and come out around the same cost.

if you can nic a typhoons supercharger....
outside of that not much except a good tune and a CAI, the intakes on these are as freeflowing as they get.

Yea I keep hearing that too. An Ls swap sounds like a good idea. I missed my orientation for a great job today so it's just been a horrible day. So every thing is gonna be on hold including the lift kit even longer it just suxks I really need work..
