After reading this and also i need new shocks, shackles and upper control arms. I decided to get this lift since buying those parts will be close to the price of the lift. My concerned is the dropping brackets. Does any one know how much they actually drop the diff?

Well i work at a shop and i was able to do the install there on a lift on the weekend. but it is do able with out a lift. The only trouble i had was getting the right angle on the diff to drop it after it was completly un bolted. And it went back in just fine. So it is do able with out a lift but having the lift make it easier

bought the lift yesterday. Start collecting parts i guess. anyone can help me with a list of possible replacement parts to get while doing the lift. I know i will need new bushings for the leaf springs, gasket maker to repair the front diff?.... anything else i should be looking into and having on hand?

already have the 1ton idler arm kit wiating to go on, really thinking about the hd tie rods and the bravada axle tubes from synergy offroad.

Any idea how long the front shocks are? I would imagine around 18 inches extended. I'm ordering a lift but I'm gonna run fox shocks.

I'm not sure if this has been mentioned for all of us that have to get the upper ball joints replaced but if you have to get ahold of them you must have pics of the top of the upper ball joints & the stamp # that's on them.

Rotti, Are your upper ball joints worn out already? And when can I have a look at this lift installed?

Yeah, I thought since they had many if not every kit have issues with the UBJ's mine would be ok.
Guess not.
In my Bucket there are pics of the installation. I don't think I have any recent/after the install.
Oh blaz as in Jarads friend?

Lorette? who's in lorette? lol he's in the peg

I thought they were supposed to be contacting everyone that got the bad batch of balljoints? Did they give up on that and are making the cusomers initiate that now?

I got my kit from them in April & hadn't heard anything from them.
I read on here that they sent out new UBJ's to the people that called in with a complaint. When I called he said to take pics, write down the # of the UBJ & they'll send me new upper control arms.

Sorry, I meant Niverville.
