I hate parking on any street for that exact reason!! I feel bad for anyone that has to park in Washington DC I take the train every time unless I'm going to a customers home and I ask them if they have a driveway I can park in lol. At least they were gracious enough to leave a # for you tho hopefully it's a good #

Yeah the lady gave me the $ last week, but a guy in my classes at school told me he works in a custom body shop and for me to stop by and he'd probably be able to save me some $.

So I tried to take some pics of my tail lights tonight. I really love how bright they are, but it sucks trying to get decent pics of how they actually look without the flash. The camera I have can't handle that much light.

This one is with -2 exposure. (The lowest my pos camera goes)

And here's the one with the flash. Notice how dim the 55w hids look in this pic.

I had it parked this far away from my garage.

And here's how they light it up.

So I think they do pretty well for only 54 of the lumileds.

That is doing real well for 54 of them, looking at these photos, I feel terrible for having 240 of them LMAO!

Looks real good dude! Glad the PWM is treating you well!

Yeah, I just ordered a pack of 10 V-regs for the 3rd brake light, and any other project I encounter that requires 12v.

No, they're from Tayda. Here's the data sheet. I didn't even think about the caps. I'll have to pick up a pair.

So I was bored today and decided that since I hated looking at the mess of wiring in the trunk, I'd clean it up.

A clean(er) install is a happy(ier) install.

So I looked into finally doing an led turn signal build for my headlights. For some reason, I really want to do high power leds instead of lots of 4pin leds like the tails.

This is what I'm thinking.

One of these with 3 Cree XPE amber leds, which should put out roughly 220 Lumens for each side.
Which look like this.

And for aesthetics, I'm thinking of getting some of these.

Which might fit, but probably not perfectly. But with a bit of tweaking I could have a most unique turn / parking solution. I would order all of it now, but it all comes out to about $75 annnd I just bought a tablet for black friday, so I won't just yet.
