its either the vacuum plug on transfer case, electronic modules on t-case or the vacuum diaphragm under the battery

anyways i bought another car, 1990 Volvo 740 Turbo Intercooler, will be my new Daily Driver, putting aside the blazer for maintenance and mods

will be redoing the front end, brakes, suspension, lift, t-case manual mod, front diff locking wire mod, trimming, etc

Well today i bought a Catco High flow cat 2.5" and a Cherrybomb Vortex ( Super 44 Knock off ) 2.5" muffler, just waiting on money and a day off to hit the muffler shop and redo the whole exhaust from the manifolds into a single exit

dont know what im waiting for to fix the 4x4 but i guess time and knowledge :P

Actually the 4wd on these vehicles couldn't really be any easier to diagnose / repair . So right now your problem is that the front end isn't locking in but the transfer case is engaging ? So you basicly have 2 low now instead of 4 low .

nope, the light flashes so it never goes into the low gear, so since your saying that, its only the electronic module in the t-case then right ?

This is what my 97 is doing. I have 2lo instead of 4lo lol. But my vacuum actuator is working right and it pulls the cable. Just the front axle isnt locking
