with those magnetic holders like medicine cabinets have

also great job on the rear of your truck it looks great

keep the straps...put the clothes in small baskets in the shelves.

It's scary because I did not realize you weren't going to have people sitting on it while driving. Now that I know you're not, it makes a lot more sense.

I like gio's idea for the doors, so you can keep them shut while driving.

Hmm, no doors for the cabinet. That`s not going to work...

First i painted the sides today:



It came out "good from far but far from good "...

Then it was time to remove the rear bumper. I didn`t need to remove a single bolt, i just ripped it off:



We placed bets on how much is left of the support. Well, i won, because i said nothing is left...



Me removing the few bits that were left:

And some paint:



Will add a new steel rear bumper on monday...

Test fit of the mattress. Still need to cut it down:



I think the spare needs some paint:

Fabricated a rear bumper this afternoon. Mock up:





Welded and cleaned up:



Painted:



There`s an offroad event coming up this weekend, that`s why i`m going that crazy with building all that stuff that fast. I`ll also get a propane kit at the event...

subtle but def tough looking..great job as always.
i imagine this will look like and armored van before to long
