Default Stormtrooper

Perhaps not the most unique nickname, but I like Star Wars, I have a white truck, profit???

I picked up this 2004 Chevy Blazer at the beginning of the month from a used car dealer, so I know I overpaid for it, but I really wanted a newer truck that would be (hopefully) more reliable. It has 167k miles on it, but it's clean. The interior is mint, has cold A/C, sun roof, and a tow package; all things I want and need. It does have quite a bit of bubbling on the lower body lines and around the wheel arches, but the frame and suspension is very clean.

I plan on bedlining the lower body lines with Rustoleum Professional along with the hitch and bumpers, and installing a tire carrier for it and some Firebird wheels. I don't have crazy plans, just want to keep it reliable while I pay off the loan.

It looks like it could use a good cleaning. Other than that it looks nice, I like white blazers.

She's a nice looking ride, I would suggest maybe an add a leaf kit depending on what your towing... I have a little pop up tent trailer and it was low when I was pulling it, since I added the leafs it's been level and rides better then before

All four calipers locked up on me, so I had to replace them along with the pads and rotors. The one rear caliper wore right through the pad and the piston was rubbing on the rotor. I bought all Wagner products from Rockauto. $350 shipped; pads were from Napa.

Right before I replaced my brakes, my A/C clutch locked up. I knew it was coming so I had already ordered the A/C kit for $120 on Rockauto. I still have to finish installing it, but the compressor was thrown in so I could at least drive it. Had to throw in a new battery too.

I threw my AR39's on for now. I like how wide they are, but these aren't the rims I'm going to keep, just have to get the new ones put on these tires.

I found this Lund aspoiler I had for like 6 years. I kinda like it? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I also just picked up an angle grinder, sanding disk, and primer to start taking care of the bubbling paint once it stops raining.

They don't, haha. I could use 1" spacers on the rear.

Like the spoiler on the back a lot. Some euro tail lights would look great.
Looks a lot like my blazer used to. I also have a 2004 white 4door (4wd) blazer. I've had for about five years now, been doing lots of upgrades here and there.
But, now I think I'll have to get a spoiler

I actually dig the spoiler. I am not sure if it would look better in white or not.

Hey TaJohns34,

Personally, I like the black. It's a good contrast. Black & White contrast is a classic look. If it was in white I think it would be too much white - nothing breaking it up. Just my two cents.
Good luck with your project.
